HVM provides a platform for legal information, self-help and document processing by means of attorney-based services and consumer coaching offered. The information provided by HVM along with the content on our website related to legal matters (“Legal Information”) is provided for your private use and does not constitute legal advice. We do not review any information you provide us for legal accuracy or sufficiency, draw legal conclusions or apply the law to the facts of your situation.

If you need legal advice for a specific problem, you should consult with a licensed attorney. Neither HVM nor any Legal Information provided by HVM is a substitute for legal advice from a qualified attorney licensed to practice in an appropriate jurisdiction. As HVM is not a law firm, please note that communications between you and HVM may not be protected as privileged communications under the attorney-client privilege or work product doctrine.Your use of the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and HVM, or between you and any HVM employee. Unless you are otherwise represented by an attorney, including a Participating Attorney, you represent yourself in any legal matter you undertake through our Services. HVM is not a “Lawyer Referral Service”.

HVM does not endorse or recommend any attorneys, nor does it make any warranty as to the qualifications or competency of any attorney. HVM does not provide legal advice—only a licensed attorney can do that. When you use our Services, you may have the opportunity to initiate contact with an independent attorney (a “Participating Attorney”).

Participating Attorneys are NOT employees of HVM. Participating Attorneys are third-party independent contractors who carry their own malpractice insurance and have agreed to provide answers, limited consultations or other basic legal services to HVM clients. Communicating with a Participating Attorney through HVM is NOT required. However, if you choose to communicate with a Participating Attorney through HVM, please note the following: When you contact a Participating Attorney through HVM, he or she may provide you with an initial consultation, legal review of your forms or documents, or answers to your legal questions.

When you contact a Participating Attorney through HVM, he or she may ask you for some information regarding you and your legal affairs in order to properly address your questions. By using our Services, you consent to sharing such personally identifying information for the purpose of securing legal advice with both the requesting attorney and with HVM. HVM will have access to any communications submitted through our platform for service fulfillment and quality assurance purposes. If you contact a Participating Attorney, you control both the duration and depth of the interaction.

Any attorney-client relationship formed during the course of that interaction may, at your option, either end when the interaction with the Participating Attorney ends, or continue if you wish to engage the Participating Attorney for further legal services.If you wish to create an attorney-client relationship with a Participating Attorney that extends beyond your use of our Services, that relationship will be on whatever terms you establish with the attorney in question.

Those terms do NOT involve HVM and, except for pre-negotiating special discounts for our members, we do not set, control or influence them. For example, the Participating Attorney may ask you to sign a formal representation agreement regarding the scope of work they will perform, the cost of their legal services, and the handling of any out of pocket expenses they may incur.

Participating Attorneys may be compensated by HVM for Services performed on your behalf, however, HVM does not receive any share of legal fees collected by any attorneys in our network. In all cases, HVM will not influence or interfere in any way with any attorney’s independent professional judgment. Participating Attorneys reserve the right to refuse to perform legal services on your behalf in their sole discretion.HVM is an information provider and documents preparer and does not endorse or recommend any attorney, including any of the Participating Attorneys.

HVM makes no representation or warranty as to the qualifications or competency of any Participating Attorney or as to the accuracy or completeness of any Participating Attorney’s work. We provide an attorney for processing legal documents as a service, not for litigating. It’s up to you to research any lawyer you are considering hiring. HVM is a consulting service for timeshare owners looking to eliminate their unwanted property.

E-SIGN DISCLOSURE

Your electronic signature signifies your agreement to transact business electronically, which includes receiving all documents in HTML or PDF format and communicating over the Internet.

You also certify that you are at least 18 years of age and have access to the Internet to receive Cancel Timeshare's services and to view, print and retain all documentation. You may receive paper copies by contacting us at [email protected] for no charge.

Though you may withdraw your consent to electronically transact business with Credit Renew by contacting us at [email protected], by doing so Cancel Timeshare will no longer be able to provide you services.

Service Authorization
‍By entering into a Service Agreement with Cancel Timeshare LLC (Cancel Timeshare), Client authorizes Cancel Timeshare to send electronic and written correspondence in the Client's name (first-party disputes). Dispute letters may be sent to case-related entities, including but not limited to - Timeshare Developer, Timeshare Homeowners Association (HOA), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and other governmental regulatory agencies; or to any other entity deemed necessary by Cancel Timeshare in connection within the scope of Client's Service Agreement.

Additional Disclosures
‍‍• Client acknowledges Cancel Timeshare is not a law firm and is not acting in any such capacity.

• Client understands information shared between Cancel Timeshare and Client is sensitive and under contractual obligation, for neither party to disclose. 
‍
• Client understands Cancel Timeshare will file first-party dispute letters with designated timeshare entities on behalf of Client (Client will select timeshare developer during Onboarding).
‍
• Client acknowledges amending, changing, or otherwise editing Dispute Correspondence voids any Service Agreement warranties. 
‍
Client Rights:
‍• Client may review correspondence before electronic filing or mail forwarding to the recipient. 
‍
• Client is entitled to receive a copy of any and all dispute correspondence. 
‍
• Client can obtain copies of all case-related documents via the Client Portal. 
‍
• Client may request a different Case Manager at any time during the process.

At HVM Strategies LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients seeking to cancel unwanted timeshares. We understand that in certain circumstances, our clients may be eligible for a refund if we fail to complete the services as promised. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility:
  1.1. To be eligible for a refund, clients must meet the following criteria:
      a) Clients must be current on all timeshare payments, fees, and dues.
      b) Clients must provide proof via Estoppel that they still own the timeshare in question.
      c) Clients must have complied with all requirements, documentation, and cooperation requested by HVM Strategies LLC throughout the cancellation process.
      d) Clients must have allowed a reasonable period for completion of the cancellation services, as determined by HVM Strategies LLC.

2. Refund Request Process:
  2.1. To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:
      a) Contact HVM Strategies LLC's customer support within 30 days of the date when the cancellation services were supposed to be completed.
      b) Provide all necessary documentation, including proof of current timeshare payments, fees, and dues, as well as Estoppel documents verifying ownership.
      c) Clearly state the reasons for the refund request, explaining the failure of HVM Strategies LLC to complete the cancellation services.
      d) Allow a reasonable period for HVM Strategies LLC to review and evaluate the refund request.

3. Refund Evaluation and Approval:
  3.1. Once a refund request is received, HVM Strategies LLC will evaluate it based on the provided documentation and the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
  3.2. HVM Strategies LLC reserves the right to request additional information or clarification from the client to process the refund request effectively.
  3.3. Refund requests will be approved if it is determined that HVM Strategies LLC has failed to complete the cancellation services as promised.
  3.4. Refund requests may be denied if the client does not meet the eligibility criteria or fails to provide the required documentation.

4. Refund Amount:
  4.1. The refund amount, if approved, will be determined by HVM Strategies LLC, taking into account the fees paid by the client for the cancellation services.
  4.2. HVM Strategies LLC reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred during the cancellation process from the refund amount, including administrative fees, third-party expenses, or legal fees.

5. Refund Processing:
  5.1. If a refund is approved, HVM Strategies LLC will initiate the refund process within a reasonable timeframe.
  5.2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by HVM Strategies LLC.
  5.3. The client is responsible for any transaction fees or charges associated with the refund process.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy:
  6.1. HVM Strategies LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective upon its publication on our official website or other communication channels.
